Naoko on the English help desk was incredibly helpful going over and above to help us organise our trip before we arrived, answering all my questions helpfully, and then CJ (I think that was their name) who drove the shuttle was really friendly and helpful too. There was an amazing lady on reception who also hosted us at dinner, but I can’t remember her name. She was so helpful and friendly and answered any question we had, and made the stay so welcoming.【Guest rating：95／100】
