On the November holiday, we invited an instructor to conduct hospitality training for all service staff. The training covered a wide range of content, from basic matters such as behavior, language, and tone of voice, to specific details based on actual on-site hospitality situations.
In group work, participants discussed suggestions and guidance items assuming various situations with domestic and overseas customers, and all participants shared their ideas.
Roka’s staff members come from all over Japan and from various regions overseas, including Belgium, Thailand, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. The monthly training sessions are a valuable opportunity for us to learn from each other while making the most of our respective backgrounds.
Naoshima and the Setouchi area. Roka takes advantage of the days off each month to offer a variety of training sessions on topics such as the architecture, cuisine, and other culture fostered in the region, and the hospitality that comes with this culture.
