Savouring a flavour at its peak from the Seto Inland Sea
The floor-to-ceiling windows provide our guests with seasonal views of our courtyard giving you varied impressions throughout the day.
Led by two chief chefs trained at high-end restaurants in Kyoto, our kitchen staff provide meals featuring seasonal local fish from the Seto Inland Sea, and local produce such as vegetables and a variety of herbs from neighbouring isles. The sushi rice used is the local Kagawa Oide rice and the red vinegar adds depth to the flavour of the sushi rice.
Cooking each of the seasonal and fresh ingredients at just the right temperature can bring out its superior flavour and aroma even more. Our innovative sushi is an experience in itself.
