Naoshima Ryokan ROKA will not ask you to re-enter your credit card information or make an additional payment through a link sent via WhatsApp or SMS.
If you receive a suspicious message, please:

– Do not enter any credit card or personal information.
– Do not reply to the message.
If you have already entered your credit card information through a suspicious link, please contact your card issuer immediately.
If you receive a suspicious message or have any questions or concerns, please do not access any links in the message and contact Naoshima Ryokan ROKA directly.
Receiving such a message does not require you to take any additional action regarding your reservation.
