① Click on “Confirm/modify/cancel your reservation” on the Naoshima Ryokan Roka reservation site.
② Enter your “Reservation Number” and “Email Address used to make the reservation”, then click “Confirm Reservation Details.”
Note: The reservation number is included in the email you received when you made the reservation.
③ Click on “Reschedule Reservation.”
④ Review your current reservation details, then click “Continue rescheduling reservation” at the bottom of the page.
⑤ Enter your preferred check-in date, room type, accommodation details, and any options, then click “Calculate price / Enter Personal Information.”
⑥ Review the plan details, reservation information, and cancellation policy. If everything is correct, enter your personal information and click “Online payment procedure.”
⑦ Review your reservation details, enter your credit card information, and click “Confirm Reservation.”
⑧ Once the page changes and “Complete reservation” is displayed, the rescheduling process is complete.
