Our facility does not use hot spring water.

All guest rooms are equipped with private open-air baths.

Our facility does not have large public baths, a gym, or a sauna.

The entire building is non-smoking. For guests who wish to smoke, we have a designated smoking area. Please ask the staff for details.

Yes, there is a gift shop, but we do not sell food or drinks (snacks or beverages). We sell artwork and original products from our museum.

The Deluxe Suite and Premium Suite can accommodate up to 3 guests. The Roka Suite can accommodate up to 5 guests.

There are three main sightseeing areas on the island: Miyanoura, Honmura, and the Art Museum area. We recommend exploring each area on foot, while for traveling between the areas, we suggest using a bicycle, the local town bus, or a car.

We ask that all members of the same group order the same dinner course.

We regret that pets are not allowed to accompany guests.

We accept luggage sent before your arrival and can arrange shipping after your stay. Please ensure packages are sent prepaid and clearly marked with your “Check-in Date” and “Reservation Name”.

We apologize, but due to cleaning schedules, check-in starts at 3:00 PM. You are welcome to relax at cafe moya until your room is ready. Please feel free to use it.

Late check-out until 12:00 PM is available for an additional fee of 3,000 JPY (tax included) per room.

We do not offer laundry services, but there is a coin laundry called “LAUNDRY Naoshima” on the island.
