It would be great to have a brief explanation on how to put on the traditional clothes for the dinner, as well as information on how the water heating system (for the shower and bath) works.【Guest rating:80/100】

After making a booking an information pack about the islands, need to make museum reservations, opening times, transport situation etc would have been very useful. Pillows could be softer. 【Guest rating:90/100】

The staff at Roka from the driver who picked us up and dropped us off at Miyanoura Port to Reception to Restaurant staff and housekeeping were all excellent!! Mirrelle provided an excellent 6-hr guided tour of Naoshima and we will inform friends of this tour. We suggest the Hotel inform guests when their reservation is confirmed of this service. Our rating for this tour is 5/5. It was tailored to our needs and the drivers who provided transportation on the trip were excellent! We were disappointed with some guests who were very noisy in the restaurant during sushi dinner on our 2nd night. It spoils the atmosphere and is disrespectful to the sushi chef, other guests and the staff when some guests talk very loudly and even watch a football games on their smartphones with the volume turned up while seated at the sushi counter. 【Guest rating:80/100】
